Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between SURYUNG GLOVIS (the
“Company”), which operates the CITORA platform (the “Service”), and subscribed members.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. “Subscribed Member” means a member who uses paid subion services.
2. “Service” means the CITORA platform operated by the Company.
3. “Subion Service” means premium paid features provided by the Company.
Article 3 (Nature of the Service and Operator)
1. CITORA is a brand-based platform operated by SURYUNG GLOVIS.
2. The Company may change the operator of all or part of the Service if deemed necessary.
3. In such cases, the Company will notify users through the Service or other appropriate
means.
4. The Service is an information-sharing and transaction-connection platform.
5. The Company is not a party to transactions and does not participate in them.
6. All transactions are conducted directly between members.
7. The Company does not guarantee any aspect of transactions.
Article 4 (Subion Services)
Subscribed Members may access the following premium features:
· Access to supplier contact details and product information
· Priority inquiry delivery
· Faster response support
· Recommendation services
· Priority customer support
Detailed features may be specified within the Service.
Article 5 (Fees and Payment)
1. Subion services are provided on a paid basis.
2. Fees, payment methods, and duration are specified within the Service.
3. Subions may be offered as recurring payments or fixed-term plans.
Article 6 (Cancellation and Refunds)
1. Subscribed Members may cancel their subion at any time.
2. Refund policies follow applicable laws and Company policies.
3. Refunds may be limited for services already used.
Article 7 (Restriction of Use)
The Company may restrict subion services in the following cases:
· Violation of Terms
· Fraudulent use or payment issues
· Significant impact on service operation
Article 8 (Service Changes and Suspension)
1. The Company may modify subion services as needed.
2. The Company may suspend services if necessary.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
1. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of provided information.
2. The Company is not responsible for transactions between members.
3. The Company is not liable for indirect damages.
Article 10 (Privacy Protection)
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Article 11 (Language, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction)
1. The official language of this Privacy Policy is Korean.
2. The English version is for reference only, and the Korean version shall prevail in case of
discrepancies.
3. This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
4. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
Article 12 (Effective Date)
This Policy shall take effect on April 1, 2026.
